It would be prefered if physical exams could be uploaded this year, however, if you cannot upload it, please turn in the hard copy to the Rectory office (the building between the church and the school). There is a drop box to the far right of the mail box on the porch.

Do NOT give it to the school office or to the coach.

The most current physical (which could be from last school year, as long as the date is April 2024 or later it is good) is required for registration.
