Welcome to St. Michael’s Religious Education Program! We are so excited to offer faith formation classes for the public, charter, and home-school students of our St. Michael Parish community, and we hope you will join us!!
Our 1st-8th Grade Religious Education students meet with their catechists (religion teachers) each Monday evening from 5-6 PM at St. Michael Catholic School. During class, we study the Bible, learn about our Catholic beliefs (doctrine), and practice and celebrate many of our Catholic traditions--like prayer services and liturgies, Mass, reconciliation, Stations of the Cross, and May Crowning.
If you have further questions, please contact our Director of Religious Education, Mrs. Kathy Nold, at ext. 235.
Revised Program During COVID-19
For the first semester of 2020-2021 (September - January), our SMA Religious Education Program will be conducted by our catechists for grades 1-8 via remote Zoom meetings. Our remote classes will "meet" on Monday nights. Class start times will vary by grade level to accommodate families with multiple children. Our registration fee will cover first semester ONLY for our RE classes; in January, we will re-evaluate our program to determine if we are able to meet in person and then re-register our families for second semester. Please see the welcome letter from Mrs. Nold, as well as the registration link below.
