Join Our Parish

St. Michael the Archangel is a very active parish and we would love to have you join us in our us in faith and worship, friendship, service, and fun! Our bishops tell us:

The parish community has a special role in promoting participation in the life, mission, and work of the faith community.

"The parish is where the Church lives. Parishes are communities of faith, of action, and of hope. They are where the Gospel is proclaimed and celebrated, where believers are formed and sent to renew the earth. Parishes are the home of the Christian community; they are the heart of our Church. Parishes are the place where God's people meet Jesus in word and sacrament and come in touch with the source of the Church's life." Communities of Salt and Light, p. 1

St. Michael welcomes all people, whether you are a Catholic new to the area and want to join our church, or you have been away from the Church for a while and are thinking about coming back, or you are not Catholic but want to learn more about the Church, this page is for you.

Not Catholic and are Interested in Becoming Catholic?

St. Michael offers a program for adults who would like to become Catholic, called “The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults” (RCIA). This program welcomes all those who were never baptized, received a Christian baptism outside of the Catholic church, or those Catholics that did not have their first Holy Communion or were never confirmed. For more information about our RCIA, please contact Patrick Cummings at ext. 215.
