Lent Special Events

Fish Fry-days
On Fridays throughout Lent, our school’s cafeteria will host our annual Fish Fry. Starting February 20 from 4:30 –7:00 PM, grab your friends and family and a plate for all–you–can–eat dine-in or carry-out! Payment can be cash or ***new this year*** credit card.
 
Stations of the Cross
The Stations of the Cross commemorate Jesus's passion and death on the cross. There are 14 stations that each depict a moment on his journey to Calvary through sacred art, prayers, and reflections. Join us on Fridays starting February 20 at 7:00 pm in the church. Please note there will not be a Stations of the Cross on March 6 due to First Friday Mass & Adoration. 
 
There will be a Stations of the Cross on Good Friday at 2:30 pm.
 
Private Confessions
St. Michael offers confessions every Saturday at 3:30 p.m. in the Church. This Lent season, we will hold a Private Sacrament of Reconciliation on March 18 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. and March 25 from 3:30-4:30 pm and 7:00 pm-8:00pm.
 
Lenten Adoration
Please join us for this peaceful & reflective evening of prayer on March 11. Music begins at 6:30 pm and Adoration and Reflection at 7:00 pm
 
Easter Egg Hunt
Our annual Easter Egg Hunt will be on April 4. Children are invited, along with their parents and grandparents. There will be crafts, games, and a very good chance that the Easter Bunny will make an appearance. So bring your camera! Pre-registration is required for attendance and will open late this month.
 
Family Pancake Breakfast
Presented by our Ushers., family and friends of SMA are invited to gather around the breakfast table with a stack of pancakes. Our Family Pancake Breakfast will be on Palm Sunday from 8:30 am—12:00 pm.  This is a cash-only event.
 
Baby Bottle Drive—Alms Giving Project
St. Michael will be hosting a Baby Bottle Drive starting Feb 18. After each Mass, pick up empty baby bottles in the vestibule to help collect money to support Right to Life. Remember, loose change changes lives! Baby bottles can be returned by Palm Sunday.
