CSA, Catholic Services Appeal. The annual CSA Appeal is well underway. Different for this year appeal is that it must be completed by December. The CSA permits the Archdiocese to minister to the needs of the local Church of Detroit, it does not provide cash to individuals. It does, however, fund the more than 100 Archdiocesan ministries and provides grants to parishes in need of assistance with operational expenses.
The goal for St. Michael’s is $152,814. Thank you to all who have may their pledge for this year! We are close to hitting our goal. If we do not meet the goal from the AOD, our parish is responsible for paying the difference. We have been fortunate to be hitting these goals the last few years! So far, we are about $50,000 away from out goal!
Once again, an anonymous parishioner has offered a challenge to match donations dollar for dollar up to $25,000. This challenge is very helpful. If you would be willing to increase your donation or make a donation it would help the parish meet its target. Please consider this request.
