Wedding Coordinators

Wedding Coordinators are an important part of the wedding ceremony. They get in touch with either the bride or groom prior to the wedding for details, schedule and run the rehearsal, assist the Priest by informing the bridal party and guests of the important rules and instruction in regards to the church and their ceremony. Coordinators also attend the wedding itself, assisting the bridal party, guests and Priest to make sure that the ceremony goes as planned.
 
A schedule of upcoming weddings is presented to all coordinators so that they can choose which weddings they would like to assist; which ones fit into their personal calendar. Wedding Coordinators work in pairs, so no one coordinator is left alone doing all of the work.
