Our Sports Programs by Season

We offer a wide variety of sports throughout the year, engaging athletes of all interests, skill levels, and abilities. Whether your child enjoys the camaraderie of team sports like soccer and basketball, the challenge and speed of track and field, or the energetic spirit of cheerleading, our supportive environment encourages every participant to thrive.

Our program focuses on developing fundamental and advanced athletic skills within a supportive yet competitive environment. We emphasize:

Eligibility: Ages & Genders

Our inclusive program welcomes athletes of all genders across multiple age groups. Eligibility is outlined as follows:

  • Mini Gaels: Grades PK–3 (Co-ed) — An introduction to sports with a focus on skill-building and fun.
  • Junior Varsity (JV): Grades 4–6 (Separate boys’ and girls’ teams for most sports) — Skill refinement and competitive play.
  • Varsity: Grades 7–8 (Separate boys’ and girls’ teams for most sports) — Advanced skills and higher competition levels.
